Ayurveda is based on a knowledge originated thousands of years ago in India. It is the oldest health care system in the world. Ayurveda considers the individual as a complex and aims to enhance the body’s ability to heal itself. Ayurveda uses the natures own treatment methods to restore health, balance and vitality in the human body. Ayurveda includes all parts of life as nutrition, exercising, meditation, yoga, massage and other treatments.

Ayurveda describes three fundamental characteristics; Vata, Pitta and Kapha. When we learn to understand our own body type we become able to prevent the imbalanced condition in our body. For the wellbeing of the body it is highly recommended to eat the nutrition and drink the water as pure as possible and ensure the sufficient amount of sleep. Positive mental attitude and cherishing the nature have a great worth in the wellbeing of the individual.

The traditional Ayurvedic full-body oil massage relaxes and renewals the mind and the body. The massage movements improve the blood circulation and stretch the muscles and joints removing metabolic impurities from the body and influencing the Lymfa circulation and the nervous system. The most visible and the most beautiful part of the body is the face, which reflects our feelings and thoughts. The Ayurvedic facial and head area massage relaxes the body, calms the mind and clarifies the thoughts restoring the natural glow and shine of the facial area.
